  • Products purchased from Cramster.in: You can initiate a Product Return Request within 7 calendar days of the delivery of the product. A valid return request can be successfully initiated only by filling in and submitting the "Product Return Request" form on cramster.in. Product Return Requests received after 7 days of the delivery of the product will be automatically rejected. Scroll down to know the returns process for products purchased from cramster.in in detail.
    Products purchased from a Cramster Authorised Dealership: Are subject to the independent product returns policy of that particular dealership. We request you to confirm the return policy of the particular dealership before purchase.
    Products purchased from a Cramster Authorised Online Reseller or from an online marketplace (for example, Amazon): Are subject to the product returns policy of that particular online reseller or marketplace. We request you to confirm the return policy of the particular online reseller or marketplace before placing the order.

    Some products in our line-up are not eligible for return. Non-returnable products are identified as such on the product page on cramster.in and on the product packaging.
    This policy covers returns only. Manufacturing defects are covered separately under our Cramster Warranty Policy.

Returns Process for Products Purchased from cramster.in

  • You can initiate a Product Return Request within 7 calendar days of the delivery of the product. A valid return request can be successfully initiated only by filling in and submitting the "Product Return Request" form on cramster.in. Return requests received after 7 days of the delivery of the product will be automatically rejected.
  • We request you to ship your product back to us only after receiving a categorical email confirmation from us. Once you receive this confirmation, you are required to ship the product back to us at the address that we will provide. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. Cramster will not be responsible for any damage, delay or loss of the product in transit from your address to our central warehousing facility.
  • For the product to be eligible for a return, it needs to be in an unused, factory-mint condition, with all the tags, labels, packaging and parts attached and intact. Approval of the return is subject to physical verification of the product by our Quality Control team, stationed at our central warehousing facility.
  • We retain the right to accept or reject the return request based on the result of the physical verification. If the product passes the physical verification, we will approve the request and confirm the same with you via email. If the product fails the physical verification and is not found to be in unused, factory-mint condition, with all the tags, labels, packaging and parts attached and intact, the return request will be rejected, and the same product will be shipped back to the address originally mentioned in the order.
  • If the product passes the physical verification, you can choose between a Store Credit or a Cash Refund. A Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed against any in-stock product on cramster.in or at any Rynox Exclusive Store, including a different size or colour of the product you returned, subject to the availability of the desired Cramster product.
  • If you choose a Cash Refund, the refund will be initiated to your source account after deducting 2% of the MRP of the product being returned as Payment Gateway Fees. Once the refund is initiated, we will share the transaction acknowledgement with you via email. It may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. After the refund has been initiated, we request you to follow up with your bank in case of any delays.
