Exchange Policy
- You can request for a size / colour / product exchange only before the order has been shipped from our facility. If your request is received before the order has been dispatched, we will update the requested change and dispatch the order.
- Once the product has been delivered to you, you can request a size / colour / product exchange only within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Please Note that you will have to ship the product to us in an unused, factory mint condition with all the tags, labels and packaging intact. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.
- If the received product fails the physical Quality Check conducted at our facility after receiving your old product, we will ship the same product back to your address.
- Products purchased from anywhere except xtsgear.com are subject to the independent product/colour/size exchange policy of that particular dealership/store/website/marketplace. We request you to confirm the exchange policy of a particular sales channel, before purchase.
- Specific products in our line-up are not eligible for a size / colour / product exchange. This is categorically mentioned on the product pages on our website of these products.
